Gaia has always designed and built the structure entirely within the company and provided for assembly. The structure consists of four columns in the rear part, connected with a slight slope from the beams to the four columns in the front part, all fixed to the ground by means of an anchoring system.
On one side there is a tympanum with a polycarbonate cover.
The polycarbonate roof is supported by intermediate purlins, while a manually operated patio cloud tent has been installed in the lower part to ensure a shaded area in sunny periods. The front channel acts as a gutter and channeling of rainwater collected in the four uprights with external drain.
Corrosion involves a progressive reduction of the properties of the material, which if it concerns, for example, load-bearing structures, manifests itself in the gradual decrease in mechanical strength and sustainable loads for the reduction of resistant sections. Gaia hot dip galvanize her creatures, preserving them for decades from the aggressiveness of rust and guaranteeing all her pergolas.
The continuous research and innovation, the use of high quality raw materials guarantee the high standard of our pergolas . There are many possibilities to choose from among our models with a refined design and fully customizable.
