The Gaia iron structures, available in a wide range, custom-made too, combine contemporary, minimal and functional forms. They are outdoor furniture solutions designed to fit harmoniously into the surrounding context and to allow to live the outdoor spaces also in the winter.
The modern structure in the picture was designed and built following precise technical and design requests from the customer. In fact, the perimeter is not linear but has an obligatory angle (due to an external wall) to guarantee correct passage.
The pergola is attached to the wall by means of a wall bar with anchoring system. It is made up of five crosspieces which, thanks to a slight slope, connect to the perimeter channels with the function of an eaves and channeling of rainwater. Four uprights provide for their collection and consequent outflow. The PVC cover is supported by special purlins, while manually operated drop-down curtains have been installed on the front. Like all Gaia works, to avoid rust and corrosion, the whole structure is hot dip galvanized and carefully cleaned.
Gaia offers solutions with a modern geometric design characterized by a great cleanliness of the shapes, which harmonize aesthetics and functionality, with a wide choice of covers and closures.
